This pre-made collar is made from 3/4" Wine Biothane and black hardware.  It will fit neck sizes from 12.5-15.5" and has 7 holes, each spaced a 1/2" apart for adjustability.
Brand new, made as an order replacement due to a lost mail package that arrived the day the replacement was being shipped.
