Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.  Measure twice, cut once! If you are unsure and would like a second opinion, feel free to reach out before completing your purchase.

Ruff Land accessories are based on Gen 2 kennels, please verify your kennel version as accessories are also final sale.

 

Items come with a one year warranty, which covers issues with hardware and material.

 

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or everyday wear, such as damage caused by chewing, hardware finishes wearing, colour changes due to age, sun, etc.

 

Like anything, the better care you take of your products, the longer they will last!
